What help can receive citizens from the state, who are in a difficult real situation, who have lost work, have lost their relative, who  were traumatized on manufacture? Many people even don't know that in such cases single payments and various grants are provided, and it is possible to receive them in the state centers of pensions payment . The director Birzhan Zhunusov of the SCPP (state center of pensions payment) in Almaty has told us about it in details.

  When possibilities are limited

 People with the limited possibilities can receive in the state center of pensions payment the grant which size depends on physical inability group.

 For example, people who have received physical inability owing to disease or after a labor mutilation, occupational disease, it is necessary for them to receive the grant  at a rate of 1,36 LW (living wage) for I group of physical inability, 1,06 LW – for II group, 0,74 LW – for III group is necessary. Children under sixteen years,who also received physical inability because of illness, are on welfare at a rate of 1 lW.

 Invalids since the childhood of I group – 1,36 LW, II groups – 1,11 LW, III groups – 0,87 LW.

  Among those men, who are in military involuntary service and which physical inability has come owing to the wounds received when they were on  military service, and also  people which physical inability has come at liquidation of consequences of failures on nuclear objects, the grant is necessary to citizens: for I group – 1,61 MSI (monthly settlement indicator), II groups – 1,3 MSI, III groups – 1 MSI. Payment is made within 10 working days after delivery of the documents.

 Copies and originals: the identification card, the document confirming registration in a constant residence (the book of registration of citizens or the inquiry of address bureau); SIC (a social individual code);RNTB (registration number of the tax bearer); data on an account number in the authorized organization on delivery of pensions and grants; the inquiry of territorial body of the central executive office in the field of population social protection (the established sample) about a physical inability establishment; the birth certificate of the child-invalid till 16 years.

 

If you remained without work

 Social payment is appointed in a case of loss of work from the date of registration as the unemployed in the authorized body. Therefore don’t postpone the beginning of registration of the necessary documents.

 The sizes of this payment are defined by multiplication of the monthly average income for last twenty four months  (if only the employer made social deductions) on corresponding factors of replacement of the income and factor of the experience of participation. Detailed calculation will be made in SCPP to everyone addressed individually.

 In case of disability social payments are provided irrespective of, whether you have stopped to work by the time when you appeal for social payment or continue to work.

 Copies and originals: the statement, the identification card, data on a residence, the inquiry of the authorized body concerning employment – in a case of loss of work, about carrying out of survey and an establishment of degree of disability, SIC, RNTB, the personal account.

The people who did harm to their health at the enterprises, who  are bankrupts,  can receive payments as well . The grant was started to give out since January, 2011. Its sizes are defined individually.

 Reference date considers day of filing of application with all necessary documents.

Copies and originals: the identification card, RNTB, the document confirming registration in a residence on territory of Republic Kazakhstan, bank account number, a copy of the document confirming the right for reception of the capitalized sums, – judgement’s decision of responsibility for  the capitalized payments on account of harm compensation, including  the state containing data on the period of capitalization, the sum of the capitalized payments about compensation of harm and degree of loss of professional work capacity.

  Help for lost close people

 The lump sum for burial of participants and invalids of the Second World War is paid at a rate of 35 МSI (52 920 tenges); those who receive pension payments – 15 МSI (22 680 tenges).

 Copies and originals: the identification card of the person who has carried out burial, the insurance inquiry which has been given out by bodies on civil registration of Ministry of Justice RK, the certificate of death, RNTB. The data about the personal account.

 Also the state social benefit is provided in case of loss of the supporter . Children, including adopted ones, brothers, sisters and grandsons who have not reached eighteen years and are more senior this age if they became invalids before achievement of eighteen years have right to reception of this social payment. Thus brothers, sisters and grandsons – under a condition if they have no able-bodied parents or don't receive the alimony from parents. In case  people specified in the present subparagraph, get education at schools, at the internal form technical and professional and higher education, social payment is carried out before the educational institution termination.

 Also one of parents or spouses, or grandfather,  grandmother, brother or sister, irrespective of age and work capacity if it (it) is occupied by care of children, brothers, sisters or the grandsons of the died supporter who has not reached three years can receive the grant.

 Copies and originals: the identification card, the document confirming registration in a constant residence, SIC,RNTB, data on an account number in the authorized organization on delivery of pensions and grants, the certificate of death of the supporter, the document confirming related relations with died, the inquiry of bodies on civil registration of Ministry of Justice RK of the established form if data on the father are brought in the birth certificate under the statement of mother.

 Also the document confirming guardianship, the inquiry of educational institution that person at the age from 18 till 23 years are pupils or students of a full-time course of study can be demanded. It can be also a copy of the identity card of a dead person or the inquiry confirming that he was in military service.

 

 help to refugees

It is not simple to live in new place for those people, who decided to return to their historical native land with whole families. Since 2011 the State center of pensions payment began to pay additional benefits to refugees since 2011 . After reception of an extract from management of migratory police at DVD SCPP should pay to the people who are returning home: a lump sum to refugees, payment for habitation acquisition, expenses on journey to a constant residence, the grant for property transportation.

 For charge of grants

 LW – the living wage – is equal 16 298 tenges,

 MSI – the monthly settlement indicator – is equal 1540 tenges.

 There are 42 kinds of payments in the State center of pensions payment and they are  not only various kind of pension, but also the grant, the state and social payments, and also payments from the State fund of social insurance.
